M Core acquires Retail Park, Poland

LCP, part of M Core, has acquired a convenience parade in the Polish town of Strzelce Opolskie.
The scheme is centrally located, close to the town's marketplace, and with supermarket Biedronka forms the largest retail complex in the area at more than 5,000 sq m of GLA and 180 parking spaces.
A mix of well-known brands and local independents, the main tenants include Deichmann, ?abka, Hebe, Neonet, Tedi, 4F and Top Secret.
