M Core celebrates three award wins at this year’s PRCH Retail Awards Gala
We are delighted to have received three awards at this year’s PRCH Retail Awards. This is an exceptional result and motivator for us as we continue to create market-leading retail centres and expand the M Park brand for our partners, tenants and centre visitors.
When accepting these awards, we would like to thank our team who play a vital role in supporting relationships with tenants as we expand our portfolio across Poland.

M Core continues to thrive in Poland with three award wins at this year’s PRCH Retail Awards.
This month, M Core attended the PRCH Retail Awards, held in Warsaw, which recognises retail chains, developers, managers and investors operating in the commercial real estate sector.
At the event, M Core was named as the winner in all three of the categories that the property collective was nominated in.
This includes New Retail Park of The Year, which was awarded to the collective’s M Park in Świdnik, Reconstruction/Modernization of The Year, which was presented to M Core’s EMKA shopping centre, and finally, Retail Park: Best Performance, which recognised M Core’s M Park in Lidzbark Warmiński.
The awards follow this month’s announcement that M Core is expanding its M Park brand in Poland. The collective’s recent launch of its 46th M Park, Łochów M Park, will soon be followed by a further two M Parks in Iława and Reda.
