M Core continues growth in Poland with the opening of 48th M Park in Reda

M Park Reda, the 48th retail park developed by LCP Properties part of M Core in Poland, has officially opened.

LCP Properties, a prominent investor and developer in the Polish retail park sector, has introduced its newest retail park under the M Park brand in Reda, marking the fifth one in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. M Park Reda spans 4,433 sqm of Gross Leasable Area (GLA) and accommodates 13 tenants. Construction commenced in mid-May 2023, with STB Budownictwo as the project's general contractor.

The Reda project aligns with M Core’s long-term strategy of delivering high-quality retail parks under the M Park brand. Comprising two buildings, A and B, M Park Reda is situated on Handlowa Street, adjacent to an existing Lidl store, and provides a spacious parking lot for 95 cars.

This latest investment by LCP Properties part of M Core not only expands its portfolio to include the 48th M Park in Poland but also strengthens its presence in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, joining existing M Parks in Rumia, Starszyn, Gdynia, and Puck. The catchment area of M Park Reda, estimated to encompass over 160,000 customers within a 20-minute travel time, reflects its strategic location. Tenants at M Park Reda include well-known brands such as TEDi, Action, Sinsay, Rossmann, CCC, Maxi Zoo, Hebe, Żabka, Verona, and the local bakery Hintzke.

M Park Reda integrates seamlessly with the surrounding architectural landscape, emphasizing ecological considerations such as the installation of four electric vehicle charging stations and a roof design that allows for future installation of photovoltaic panels.

Following the opening in Reda, M Park Olsztyn and M Park Pionki are scheduled to open in the fourth quarter, continuing LCP Properties' expansion in Poland's retail park sector.
