M Core, the Pan-European commercial property collective, is excited to announce the addition of Starbucks to The Centre, Livingston—one of Scotland's largest shopping centers. The new 3,200 sq. ft. Starbucks store, set to open mid-February, will accommodate seating for 90 guests and create 20 new jobs, further solidifying M Core's strategy to attract world-renowned brands to its portfolio.
This new opening follows a series of successful brand additions over the past year, including Scotland's first Cinnabon, beauty and wellness retailer Rituals, and Danish lifestyle brand Sostrene Grene. To celebrate the grand opening, Starbucks will distribute discounted vouchers ahead of launch and offer complimentary food and drink samples on the day. Shoppers will also receive reusable cups across the first two days, reflecting M Core's commitment to sustainability.
The Centre, Livingston, already boasts over 150 stores and dining options, such as M&S, River Island, Flannels, H&M, Hotel Chocolat, wagamama, Nando’s, and Five Guys, spanning over 1 million sq. ft. with more than 3,000 parking spaces. Starbucks’ arrival will further enrich the visitor experience and strengthen M Core's retail and leisure offering.
As part of its growth strategy, M Core, plans to expand The Centre into the leisure sector. Hollywood Bowl, the UK's leading family entertainment provider, is set to open a 26,000 sq. ft. venue next year, featuring 22 advanced bowling lanes, an arcade, and a bar and diner.
