M Core expands portfolio in Poland with the development of Swidnik M Park

With a €10 million investment, pan-European property collective, M Core, has made a strong commitment to its portfolio in Poland through the announcement of the Swidnik M Park development.

At 7,700 sq metres, the retail park will be the largest development for M Core in Poland and the first created under the M Park brand, built exclusively by LCP Properties — one of the five property giants that sits under the M Core umbrella.

The centre boasts an exciting tenant mix with retailers such as Pepco, Dealz, Action, Sinsay, Rossmann, Martes Sport, large Portuguese food operator Biedronka and more to be announced.

The development of Swidnik M Park has been met with enthusiasm from local authorities and the local community. Świdnik is home to a growing population of over 40,000 and neighbours metropolitan city Lublin, which has a population in excess of 340,000.

With a currently unmatched retail provision for demand, the development not only answers consumer demand but will enhance the local economy bringing an extra 150 jobs into the region.

M Core expands portfolio in Poland with the development of Swidnik M Park

We’re delighted to launch our first M Park development in Poland. The LCP arm of the business has been established in Poland since 2005, so it’s fantastic to put our official M Core stamp on the region.

Swidnik M Park will open on 30th of March, with ambitious plans set to ensure its success as a bustling hub for its community, which has been calling out for a retail park of this size. This €10 million development comes as part of M Core’s £1 billion investment target for the UK and Europe during 2023. With this fund, we’re pleased to expand our portfolio across Poland and continue towards our goal.
