M Core just started the construction of the M Park Reda, retail park

The handover of the construction site for the M Park Reda retail park took place recently. This is 46th this type of projects in Poland.
As part of LCP Group's long-term strategy, which includes the launching of high-quality M Park retail parks, we are starting the construction of another facility of this type. It will be a retail project, taking into account in its architecture the characteristics of the surrounding buildings, which will allow us to ideally maintain the uniform style prevailing in the entire existing line of buildings.
The general contractor of the new Retail Park in Reda is STB Budownictwo, which has experience in building such type of projects all over the country. The company carried out her projects in such cities as Trzcianka, Kobylka, Wegorzewo and Warsaw.
The M Park Reda is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024.
The location of M Park in Reda was chosen to provide visitors with the widest possible access to modern brands. The retail park is being built on Handlowa street, next to the LIDL store, and will offer 4,660 sq m of retail space. There will be 95 parking spaces for the convenience of visitors, including spaces for charging electric cars. The 14 units will feature well-known and well-liked network brands and local tenants as well.

M Park Reda is a modern and high-quality retail complex that M Core, a British investment group that includes LCP Properties, has decided to develop on the European market. The Breeam certificate that the project will have is expected to further emphasize its high quality and will help strengthen the M Park brand as a first-choice retail park project for both tenants and the customers.
