M Park Mrągowo fully leased

Last two units in the project taken by Half Price and Diverse.

LCP Properties, part of the international real estate investment collective M Core, and one of the leading investors and developers in Poland's retail park market, has completed the commercialization of M Park Mrągowo. Thanks to agreements with Half Price and Diverse, this project, which will be the largest retail park in LCP's portfolio, is now 100% leased, about four months before its opening. M Park Mrągowo will offer over 15,000 m² of GLA with 26 units in total. The Mrągowo retail park was added to LCP's portfolio in July this year after purchasing the project from Green Hills Investment. Construction is progressing according to schedule, ensuring that M Park Mrągowo will begin operations in the first quarter of 2025.

M Park Mrągowo will be located on Olsztyńska Street, next to an existing DIY store, an Orlen gas station, and a McDonald's restaurant. It will feature a spacious parking lot with 380 spaces for visitors' convenience. Electric vehicle chargers will be installed in the parking lot of M Park Mrągowo. Additionally, as part of its broader ESG efforts, the project plans to achieve BREEAM certification at the Very Good level for this property.

Half Price (1,300 sqm) and Diverse (270 sqm) are the latest tenants at M Park Mrągowo, joining 24 other previously signed tenants such as Lidl, Rossmann, Pepco, Dealz, brands from LPP, CCC, Martes Sport, Tedi, Smyk, Xtreme Fitness, Media Expert, EURO RTV AGD, Woolworth, and KFC.

The construction of M Park Mrągowo is progressing according to schedule. Currently, the final stages are underway, preparing spaces for handover to individual tenants. The next phase will involve the completion of the tenant units.
