Phase Two of the EMKA development is now fully let, Poland

The retail space offered as part of the expansion of EMKA in Koszalin has been fully leased to network brands and national operators. The entire complex is scheduled to open in March 2023.

In the two-story Retail Park with an area of nearly 10,000 sq.m. of GLA as an extension of Galeria Emka, the following brands will open stores: Jysk, an international network with Scandinavian roots offering home and garden furnishings; a modern Helios Cinema with six screens, including premium class rooms; a JustGym club with 12 spacious workout areas available 24/7 a day. Customers will also be able to enjoy the following brands: Sinsay with one of the region's largest 1,200 sq m store; Half Price, which will offer a wide selection of fashionable clothes, shoes, cosmetics and home goods at attractive prices and Zoo Karina, a store with everything for our pets. The last tenant completing the whole will be a modern PKO bank branch.

The new part of EMKA Gallery has been planned in the format of an everyday shopping-friendly Retail Park. It will be possible to enter the stores directly from the car parking area, and thanks to a connector with the existing gallery, the facilities will become one complex with common internal communication. The Helios Cinema in the new section will be accessible directly from the second floor of the mall.

"We are confident that the changes we are making will have a positive impact on the attractiveness of the facility and its visitation. We have expanded the offer with well-known and well-liked brands and offered new leisure activities in response to the needs and suggestions of our customers .”

Justyna Małysko, Senior Leasing Manager at LCP Properties Poland.

Once the project is completed and the Retail Park will be open in Spring 2023, the entire complex will have more than 25,000 sq m of the retail space and nearly 80 tenants in total. The number of parking spaces will increase from 550 to 800.

Phase Two of the EMKA development is now fully let, Poland

The success of the full commercialization of the facility's expansion in today's conditions is an indicator of the popularity of EMKA Koszalin in the region, both among its customers and tenants. It also means that the best retail projects are still very attractive for business. EMKA Shopping Gallery is currently in the phase of re-commercialization resulting from changes in the structure of lease agreements and neccessary offer adjustements to the needs of today’s and future customers. We are open to discussions with new tenants for space that will be available in this commercialisation process currently underway.
